Our 2 Day NVC Foundation Training is the starting place to learn the basics of Nonviolent Communication. No matter your level of NVC experience, you will enjoy the depth and learning in our experiential training.
You will learn how to:
- Bring power, compassion and love (yes love) to every interaction.
- Create exceptional personal and professional relationships.
- Learning the steps and frames of Nonviolent Communication (Connected Communication) and how to use them to create non-judgmental and clear communication, not just for you but for you to support your whole family as well.
- Listen behind the hard to hear way something is being said, to hear what is really meant.
- Prevent and resolve misunderstandings and conflict
- Speak authentically, in a way that leads to harmony
- Making clear specific requests and action steps forward that everyone can support in order to create efficiency and clear agreements.
- Create willingness without coercion How to express yourself and hear others in a way that increases trust and connection… a sense of “We”.
