6 MONTH CONTAINER...
2 x MULTI DAY IN-PERSON TRAININGS
Experience 1 x 4-day weekend and 1 x 2-day in-person peer leadership trainings, with the full group, where we'll connect as a group and cover NVC at a much deeper level.
14 X FORTNIGHTLY EXPERIENTIAL TRAININGS
You will recieve 14 x Fortnightly 2 hour zoom calls, learning and practicing NVC skills and principles, as well as sharing our own learnings.
PERSONALISED MENTORING
You will be guided and supported by Shari and her team, offering personalised feedback every step of the way. And you have direct access to Shari by text, or email. Absolutely INVALUABLE!
MONTHLY POD PERSONALISED COACHING
A support pod of the same 3-5 people who meet monthly with Shari. In this 2 hour session you bring whatever personal questions, requests, challenges, you want. This is your time with Shari.
EMPATHY BUDDY SESSIONS
Regular empathy buddy sessions to practice NVC and receive feedback, regular empathy, support and feedback. This aspects creates time in your life as it helps maintain inner clarity.
PEER SUPPORT GROUP
Every person is highly committed and mutually in service of each other – each standing in our Leadership as we do so.
ONGOING COMMUNITY AFTER 6 MONTHS
On completion, you are part of a community of practice who are here making a difference in the world and where we can continue to reach out for support from other members. We continue monthly PLP Graduate gatherings online (free) with Shari, offer optional empathy buddies, meet in self initiated in-person gatherings in major cities, and 3 times per year have 3 day trainings/retreats (paid) just for PLP Grads.
