Human interaction by human interaction, we are either consciously building teams of Trust, Alignment, Safety and Engagement... or we are unconsciously creating something else.
Purposefully creating environments where we are enlivened to work, matters. It makes a difference in achieving the best with who we work with, in building engagement and trust, and most importantly to enrich life for everyone!
But to do this, we need to have the skills and self-awareness to say important and difficult things with connection and non-judgment. We need to be able to really hear each other - especially when things are said in hard-to-hear ways... or worse, when they are not being said at all!

Hi! I'm Shari Elle
For the past 23 years I have taught and supported more than 10,000 people in Authentic Communication (based on NVC) and have walked beside about 800 people in long term, close-up journey's to give them the life-changing connection skills that have revolutionised their lives.
I have walked beside business owners and leaders of large organisations, as well as leaders in social change, and supported them to transform their businesses, organisations, movements and their family lives.
Because of my experience and the insight of who I am, I can see and assist with ‘the piece' that will shift the dial in whatever challenges the organisation is facing. Ironically, often the same issues will often also be appearing in some form at home.
I see and love people beyond their roles, masks and coping mechanisms. I’m not afraid to say things straight with love and respect. It doesn’t feel courageous for me to do so. It is who I am and it is my greatest joy to call forward leaders who are here to make a difference.
