14 x FORTNIGHTLY EXPERIENTIAL TRAININGS
You will recieve 14 x Weekly 2 hour zoom calls, learning and practicing NVC skills and principles, as well as sharing our own learnings.
2 x IN-PERSON RETREATS ON THE SUNSHINE COAST.
1 x 4 Day Retreat plus 1 x 2 Day Retreat. So you connect deeply with the other participants at the beginning of the program. And have some fun!
PRE RECORDED REFERENCE MODULES
Many of the key principles, along with live demonstrations, are pre-recorded so you can refer to them and hone your skill levels. Yours to keep after the program.
PERSONALISED MENTORING
You will be guided and supported by Shari and her team, offering personalised feedback every step of the way - Absolutely Invaluable!
EMPATHY BUDDY SESSIONS
Regular buddy sessions to practice NVC and receive regular empathy, support and feedback.
PEER SUPPORT GROUP
Every person is highly committed and mutually in service of each other – each standing in our Leadership as we do so. We also offer a signal group to communicate, ask questions, celebrate, and ask for support.
BONUS - 3 DAY WEEKEND TRAINING - IN PERSON
Experience this 3-day weekend in-person leadership training to learn physically with peers, deepen your practice, be daily with your NVC community, and take your skills to a whole new level... all whilst
