This week, I wanted to share with you a very quick video from Dr Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication.
I don’t want to say much about this video because I’d prefer you to receive its message without interference from me, however, I will say this:

Interviewer: So, what you’re really talking about is conserving freedom.
Marshall Rosenberg: [I’m talking about] being conscious that you’re free to choose at every moment. And not only are we free to choose but I also want us to be in awe and enthralled that we are not only free to choose but we are so enormously powerful to choose that which gives us enormous joy – which is to enrich life.
We can enrich life every moment. And we have enormous power to do that. Words can do it. We know that. Our touch can do it. Our presence can do it.
We are enormously powerful creatures. Every moment.
